Ah, such glorious weather outside and I'm sat indoors on my laptop. Such is the life of a hay fever sufferer who forgot the anti-histamines. Fantastic.
So, today marks the 2 down 3 to go stage of the exam period. There's 2 more sneaking up on Monday and Wednesday and I'm really not ready for the exam on Monday. To be honest, special relativity wouldn't be too bad if I'd gone to the lecture and done more work, but atomic spectra (read: applied quantum mech) is gonna be a right pain in my arse. Still, that should be the only exam this time round that I'll fail. I've gotten used to seeing the wonderful message on my results saying "You have failed the year." It doesn't bother me that much any more, there's always the August resits.
Well, aside from the inevitable continuous bitching about my exams there's not really much else to report on. I've gotten somewhat addicted to a Facebook app called MouseHunt, and if you haven't already tried it I do recommend that you give it a go. It's rather good fun, being one of those "check it every so often" games rather than one that requires constant attention. Who'd have thought that trapping virtual mice could be so much fun?
In other news, I've gotten back into the habit of playing guitar occasionally and have decided to try and learn Any Way You Want It by Journey. It's quality old school rock, and not that tricky to play as far as I can see. Awesome.
